Amazake Soft Candy

My mother sent me this candy from Hokkaido, Japan where they make the famous Chitosetsuru sake. Now they make candy tastes like sake. It's like a taffy... soft and chewy.  There is no alcohol in it. It just tastes like good sake. Pure yumminess.
