Parmesan Crisps
I like the brown edges
As a kid, I used to melt cheddar cheese in the microwave till gooey and eat that as a snack. I still love melted cheese in any food. As a grown-up, I learned to use the oven to crisp up the cheese and turned it to an elegant dish. These crisps are great for salads, a topping for your side dishes or eat as is to accompany your favorite glass of wine.
Plain cheese crisps go with anything
I added fresh rosemary to this batch
Preheat oven to 325. Spread a spoonful of grated parmesan cheese on the parchment lined cookie sheet. I used the back of a spoon to smooth out and make round shapes. Bake for 7-8 minutes. Sprinkle salt and pepper if you like.
