Black Plum Wine Cooler

Do you remember the wine coolers from the 80s?

We had some leftover black plums from making the plum tart. I cooked them with sugar, water and Grand Marnier to make it syrupy. Throw a few pieces of cooked plum in a glass, and add white wine, sparkling water, lemon and agave nectar. Garnish with a sprig of basil. There you have it. Your own wine cooler at home!
