Chi Chi Chi Chia Cereal

I've been trying to get in a habit of having breakfast within two hours of waking up. I hear it's good for boosting your metabolism. For someone who doesn't like eating breakfast, it's a challenge. This chia seed mix gets gelatinous and pudding like when soaked in liquid. Add some nuts and fruits and you're ready to go. I think I can eat this in the morning.

Chi Chi Chi Chia Cereal

2-3 Tbsp Qi'a superfood seed mix
1/3-1/2 cup almond milk
Your favorite fruits and nuts, cut small

In a cereal bowl, combine Qia mix and almond milk. Soak for an hour or so until it gets gelatinous. Add fruits or nuts if you like. This mix already has some cranberry and almond slices. You can soak it over night in the fridge.

It comes in different flavors.
Rather expensive but you only need 2 Tbsp/serving.
Soaking in almond milk. Coconut milk would be good, too.
After soaking it over night. Pudding like consistency.
