Kale Pineapple Smoothie
1 cup almond milk (coconut milk would make it even more delicious!)
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup frozen kale
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
2 oz. coconut water
4 pieces strawberries (or whatever you have, no rules!)
1 tsp agave nectar, optional
Combine all of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
Personal blender. Just big enough for one person. |
