Tangy spicy pickles |
Curry Flavored Pickles with Okra, Eggplant and Green Tomato
3 small eggplants, sliced
1/2 cup cut okra
1 green tomato, cut in 1/8 segments
1/4 cup sushi vinegar
1/2 tsp curry powder
Just a drop of soy sauce or shirodashi broth sauce
In a Ziploc bag, combine all ingredients and try to let the air out of the bag as much as you can. Chill it in the fridge for over night. Serve chilled.
