Here I have today is a box of mochi, sticky rice cakes, coated with black and white sesame seeds and filled with sweet sesame paste. When you toast them just a few minutes in the toaster oven, the outer coating gets nice and nutty, and the mochi gets a little softer with the heat. There is another kind I know that exists in this series, and it is in green tea flavor. But that will have to wait for another time.
