Ginger Honeydew Mint Smoothie

Weather is finally warming up enough I could think about making cold smoothies. The last time I made a smoothie is many moons ago. I used a piece of ginger crystal to sweeten this yogurt drink. Mmm, good!

I munch on these for snacking, too.

Ginger Honeydew Mint Smoothie
1 cup honeydew chunks
1 cup almond milk
1/4 cup Greek yogurt, I used Fage
1 piece ginger crystal
1 tsp agave nectar
2-3 leaves mint

Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

It has lots of protein from yogurt to keep you feeling full all morning.
