Cucumber Mango Smoothie

We stayed up late last night to watch Breaking Bad, so getting up was a bit challenging this morning. How about a glass of green smoothie to perk me up?

Green is good...

Cucumber Mango Smoothie

1 cup coconut milk
1/3 cucumber
1/3 cup frozen kale
1/2 cup frozen mango 
Handful parsley
1/3 cup water
1/2 lemon squeezed
1 Tbsp chia seeds

Blend all except for chia seeds until smooth. Add chia seeds and wait for a couple minutes until they get slightly gelatinous. 

Frozen fruits blend easily in this blender.
Cucumber is good for detox.
