Kale Chips with Sesame Oil and Sea Salt

When I bought a bag of cut kale for a salad, I only used about 1/3 of it. For just the two of us, the stuff is a lot to go through. I needed to come up with something else using kale.

Sesame oil makes it!
Light and crispy

Kale Chips with Sesame Oil and Sea Salt

4 cups cut kale
1 tsp sesame oil
Sprinkles coarse sea salt

Preheat oven to 275. In a big bowl, toss cut kale and sesame oil. Use your clean hands for this to make sure all the leaves are well coated. Spread them on a cookie sheet and sprinkle sea salt. Bake for about 30 minutes or until crisp.

It shrinks considerably after baking. Maybe I can finish the whole bag now!
