Sapporo's Good Eats (2)

Sapporo, Hokkaido is a place where many great restaurants flourish. The ingredients are fresh, and the chefs gather to create innovative dishes.

My sister's favorite place called Usagi-ya. Shrimp wrapped with corn kernels.
Deconstructed and reconstructed corn. How innovative!
Salmon and salmon roe rice.
Hokkaido is THE place to have this particular dish. Heavenly!
Special sake, Juyondai. Hard to get hands on this one. Thanks, sis!
This chardonnay was sooo good!
Everything was made using Hokkaido ingredients.
I just wanted to admire it. So beautiful.
