Watermelons in the store were looking sweet. You can tell summer is approaching. I had to make juice out of them, with a twist, of course. Sweet watermelons go great with the green limes. Adding the rose syrup I found in the Persian grocery store is my little twist. It enhances the flavor of the watermelon and gives a floral hint. You don't want to put too much since it is quite strong. Seltzer water would make it extra refreshing.

Watermelon and Rose Syrup Spritzer
2 cups watermelon cut for juicing
1 lime juiced
1/2 tsp rose syrup
Seltzer water
