Prosciutto Wrapped Honeydew and Brie

When I made the juice earlier, I set aside a couple of pieces of honeydew for this dish. I've been wanting to see the flavor combo, and I didn't want to miss the opportunity. The verdict? Pretty, pretty, pretty, pretty good.
